 World Cup 2022: France faces Argentina in the final of the Qatar World Cup, after its victory over Morocco

The French national football team qualified for the final of the World Cup held in Qatar at the expense of its Moroccan counterpart, after the match that was held at Al-Bayt Stadium in Al-Khor city, and ended with the victory of the French roosters with two goals to none for the Atlas Lions.

Theo Hernandez scored the first goal in the fifth minute of the match, taking advantage of a mistake from the Moroccan defense. The second goal was scored by Randall Kolo Mwani in the 79th minute, thus eliminating the remaining hopes in the match for the Moroccan team.

With this result, the French roosters bring down the curtain on a historical epic made by the Moroccan Atlas Lions in the first World Cup organized by an Arab and Middle Eastern country.

The French national team will meet its Argentine counterpart in the final match on the 18th of this month at Lusail Stadium, while the Moroccan national team will compete with its Croatian counterpart for third place on the 17th of this month at the Khalifa International Stadium.
